Summer vacay vibes
Catch-up with the FYSK founders + apply now for the August 28th FYSK showcase
Hi FYSK friends,
We hope your summer’s going well and that you’re sipping Mai Tais on the beach, enjoying bbqs and picnics with friends at Stern Grove, climbing mountains and camping in Tahoe, getting ready for the Paris Olympics, or just soaking in the natural air conditioning that is Karl the Fog while the rest of the country (hello, East Coast!) stews in humidity. Summer is the perfect time to catch up with friends and we’ve been doing just that at FYSK. We took a break from the manic schedule of bringing you shows every 4 weeks, to catch up with our former FYSK speakers.
Below, we bring you the most exciting updates on growth, traction, and fundraising milestones of some of our former founders, as well as key roles they’re hiring for, in case you’re on the lookout for new career opportunities. As one of our community members says “I love FYSK because you get the real story on a company’s growth – and no B.S.” If you missed meeting these founders in person, check out their videos on the FYSK YouTube channel. We’ve shared these videos because we think that unlike a black-and-white list of open roles or job descriptions, it’s always helpful to hear directly from the founders, to hear the excitement in their voices as they share the company and its vision, and to get the context they think is most important for you to know.
If you’d like to connect with any of these founders, just shoot us an email blurb and we’ll forward it along and suggest the connection!
We’ll be back in SF on August 28th, with a fresh FYSK showcase to kick off the fall season, so if you’d like to join us in person, apply NOW! Invites are going out this weekend and, as always, space is regrettably limited. If you’d like to nominate an exceptional founder of an inflecting, high growth startup that you think our community would enjoy meeting, you can do so here.
We’re looking forward to seeing you in just a few weeks!
Warmly,
Jen and the FYSK team
