Founders You Should Know - Apr 24 Showcase recap
yee-haw! our first FYSK featuring cow-print pants
Four Founders You Should Know showcases in four months, each four weeks apart — it’s been a whirlwind of a year. After launching our inaugural FYSK showcase in NY in March, coming back to our community in SF felt like…a hug.
While the energy in New York is palpable — distinctly youthful and intense, with a late night energy that pulses with hard work, ambition, and takeout pizza, startups just hit differently here in SF. The quality and density of talent is unmatched. SF is truly a city of nerds where AI is king. Devtools, data infra, UX-to-code, AI eval, and the automation of repetitive tasks — April’s showcase featured a host of companies built for developers by developers. But show business thrives on variety. We also featured a startup working on real-time understanding of a company’s financials, another building out tools to guide cancer patients on their treatment journey, and a service that reimagines our relationship with owning consumer devices.
Don’t miss our last show before summer break (we’ll be back in August!). May’s FYSK showcase is jam-packed with some of the hottest and fastest growing names in AI. Check out the incredible line-up here. These are the companies we’re buzzing about over dinner here in SF. If you’re looking for a new startup to join, APPLY NOW for our next FYSK on May 29th. We only have a few spots left.
Below you’ll find our April recap. And as always, if you’d like us to suggest an intro to any of the founders here, send us an email blurb to set context.
